Beginners Schemes for Double-Hand Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the east with the wild west in an awesome game for beginner level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player vs. the casino, unlike nearly all other poker games that gamblers compete against other players. By betting against the dealer, new players do not need to fret about any other, more skillful people taking their mulla.

Another Pai Gow advantage is the relatively slow game pace, newcomers are able to take their time and strategize without needing to make quick choices.

It is also much simpler to bet on for an extended time with just a small amount of money since, to lose, each of your hands has to be lower than both of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is given seven cards faces showing and the house receives 7 cards face down.

One 5 card hand and one two card hand must be put together from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand has to be better than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the dealer’s.
